Abbaye de Fontevraud Prize
The Abbaye de Fontevraud, a writing residence unique in Europe, is honoured to be associated with the short film Call for Projects for the sixth consecutive year. It offers a one-month residency and provides professional support for the winning project.
ARTE France Prize
Since its creation, Arte has been supporting animation as co-producers, buying or pre-purchasing short film projects by first-time filmmakers or established creative artists.
More than any other format, short films offer freedom and open up opportunities for innovating writing and productions shown in the Court-circuit show every Friday around midnight.
Partner of the Call for Projects since its inception, Arte France encourages young talent by buying first or second film projects to encourage young talents.
Ciclic Prize
For the past 8 years, Ciclic, Regional Agency Centre for books, images and digital culture, has been an enthusiastic partner of Annecy's Call for Projects in the short film category. All of the films that have won the Ciclic Prize in the past have been produced or are currently in production. This strong partner, crowned with success, permits Ciclic the chance to discover new talents or to accompany experienced authors during their creative process.
To celebrate their new financial aid packages for animation, Ciclic has also decided to be a partner for Annecy's Call for Projects in the TV Series and Specials category.
Cube Creative Prize
Call for Projects for Annecy Festival!
Each year, this important event gives producers and broadcasters a chance to find scriptwriting jewels. Cube, which has been working in both technical and artistic film production for five years now, is pleased to continue encouraging the production of short films made by young talent from the best animation schools.
Disney Channel Prize
Disney Channel is proud to be part of the Mifa Call for Projects, because it gives a voice and a platform to new projects and new creators. We're looking for the hit shows and prize winners of tomorrow, and the people that will make them. Annecy is a uniquely important event in our annual calendar, not just because of its beautiful location and its fine cheese, but because it combines the world's leading animation festival with a market dedicated to animation. Similarly, the Mifa Call for Projects provides an important intersection between art and commerce in which a diverse cross-section of international talent can take a first shot at pitching new ideas to the market. We're thrilled to help make this happen.
Folimage "La Résidence©" Prize
La Résidence© of Folimage is a package open to animation filmmakers searching for producers. As of today, over twenty-five short films have benefited from this opportunity and circulated the international festivals as a result.
Numerous partners join up with La Résidence©: The CNC, CANAL+FAMILY, the Rhône-Alpes Region, Nadasdy Film, Nathan Publications, l'Abbaye de Fontevraud, Le Salon du livre et de la presse jeunesse in Montreuil and CITIA.

This also gives the Bureau des auteurs of Rhône-Alpes Cinéma the opportunity to support an animation short film director.
SACD Prize (short film category)
For the last 25 years, SACD (Société des auteurs et compositeurs dramatiques) has been awarding a prize to a short film project at the Mifa Call for Projects. This private-copy prize of 5,000 EUR is judged by a panel of authors and given to French short film project scriptwriters.

SACD Prize (transmedia category)
"The SACD supports and guides authors from all fields, including those producing interactive works. In this context, it is commited to the creation of new forms of works related to new media. It also follows the convergence of audiovisual, video game and digital editing and supports the emergence of narrative universes including transmedia works. As part of the cultural activities financed by the private copy, the SACD awards an "interactive works" prize to the winner of the transmedia Call for Projects."
