aaa Apointments – 2017 Lineup
The appointments offered by the Atelier de cinéma d’animation d’Annecy et de Haute-Savoie (aaa) are back for Annecy 2017 with an assortment of initiation workshops!
The aaa unlocks the secrets and unravels the mysteries in the animation world with conferences, screenings, meetings, workshops, exhibitions and an open house! These are opportunities you won’t want to miss and they’ll be happening throughout Festival week, from 12th to 17th June 2017.
- From Tuesday 13th through Saturday 17th June, starting at 9:15 am, meet up with Alexis Hunot for the annual Cafés croissants de l’aaa at Les Nemours cinema. One theatre will be reserved for a cycle of conferences, meetings and screenings with industry professionals. Focusing on a different theme each day, there will also be an emphasis on the current changes taking place in the animation world, which has been growing significantly these past few years. A second theatre will be reserved for showing films from all over the world meant for school children. (limited seating, registration required).
- From Monday 12th through Saturday 17th June, starting at 2:00 pm, participate in the workshops and exhibitions around "frame-by-frame cinema" in the lobby of PATHÉ ANNECY and meet a team of professionals to share some fun and creative moments. (free entry)
- To end this week of animated discovery, the aaa will open their doors to the public on Saturday 17th June at 2:00 pm.
