  3. Fact Sheet

Travel through the times with Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment’s "Minions".

After holding a sneak preview at Annecy 2015, Minions is coming back to the Pâquier for an open-air screening.

Directed by Pierre Coffin (Despicable Me 1,2 and 3) and Kyle Balda (Dragon Hunters, Despicable Me 1 and 3), Minions is a feature film spin-off of the Despicable Me saga starring these delightfully zany characters.

Starting out as yellow single-celled organisms, throughout the ages the Minions evolved serving under evil masters, each one worse than the one before, whose repetitive deaths, from T-rex to Napoleon, caused the Minions to fall into a deep depression. But one of them, named Kevin, gets an idea. Along with Stuart, the rebellious teen, and adorable little Bob, Kevin takes off in search of a new wicked boss to guide his brethren. Our three Minions set off on an exciting journey that leads them to their new master: Scarlet Overkill, the first-ever female supervillain. From Antarctica to New York in the 1960s, our three companions finally arrive in London, where they must face the most terrible threat to their existence: the annihilation of their species.

Set to a swinging sound track and with plenty of slapstick humour, this feature film invites you to embark on a hilarious and wacky journey in these little creatures’ wonderful world.
