Jump onboard for a rhythmic and galactic journey alongside the Interstella 5555’s blue-skinned people!
Do you remember the fascinating characters on stage in Daft Punk’s animated clips in the early 2000s? These four blue-skinned musicians playing concerts to rip-roaring crowds on a planet far away from Earth... Better known as the Crescendolls, they are not only the stars of the hit One More Time, but also the heroes of a story about Daft Punk’s meeting with the famous Mangaka, Leiji Matsumoto – the creator of Captain Harlock, who honored us with his presence at Annecy Festival in 2011.
Released in 2003, this extraterrestrial adventure is about an unscrupulous music executive who kidnaps the Crescendolls members, eager to make them ultra-profitable stars on our planet. So, they find themselves light-years away from home, forced to take on human appearances and play a concert tour... Until a mysterious groupie tries everything in his powers to save them!
A thrilling cultural explosion and fusion of genres, rocked by the inimitable sound of Daft Punk, a must-see or see it again!
But, before you take off on this intergalactic adventure, the Looney Tunes Cartoons’ cult characters will open the ball on the Pâquier! It is at the Annecy Festival that Warner Bros. has chosen to unveil, in a world premiere, their exclusive unpublished cartoons. After a first screening at the opening ceremony, all of Annecy will be able to discover the episode Wet Cement, presented by the mascots Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety Bird and Sylvester!
Don’t miss meeting your childhood heroes!
