Obsessed by the memory of a past love, a woman takes refuge in contemplating butterflies that appear to inhabit a mysterious forest. Gripped by a complex feeling of bittersweet nostalgia, she combines daydream and reality, fantasy and frustration, pleasure and pain. Therefore, by believing she is fleeing reality, she actually confronts it for real and unconsciously prepares a rebirth.
