Highland´s Shadow
Juana is a 12-year-old girl from La Quebrada de Humahuaca, Argentina, whose older sister, Marisol, has been kidnapped by a network trafficking in women. Juana makes a deal with "Las Degolladas", spirits with dark powers in the form of two machetes. The power of the wicked blades will transform Juana into "Highland's Shadow", a revenge-thirsty heroine who seeks to annihilate the region's abusers and free her sister.
