Three high school students head off to an abandoned airfield where a rumoured "Summer Ghost" sometimes appears. A ghost named Ayane does appear and tells them she can only be visible to those who are meddling with death. They go home, but out of curiosity Tomoya decides to return to the airfield alone and see Ayane. A dangerous relationship ensues that he tries to keep secret from his friends.
