Masaaki Yuasa made his feature film debut in 2004 with Mind Game, award-winner in Japon and internationally. Recipient of the Cristal for a Feature Film in 2017 for his film Lu Over the Wall and the Jury Award 2021 for his latest series Japan Sinks 2020. This year, Masaaki Yuasa becomes the Mifa Campus’ patron, following on from Guillermo del Toro, Richard Williams, Nora Twomey and Marguerite Abouet.
