Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio
Renowned Director, Screenwriter, Novelist and Producer, Guillermo del Toro is also a regular at the Annecy Festival!
In 2009, he produced Spanish Director Rodrigo Blaas’ short film Alma and a few years later he co-directed the animation series Trollhunters (2016) and 3Below: Tales of Arcadia (2018).
Guillermo del Toro recently set up the International Animation Center, specialising in stop motion, in Guadalajara in Mexico. Better known under the name El Taller del Chucho ("The Little Dog’s Workshop") for reasons only those closest to him will understand, the centre supports the budding local animation industry by creating, among others, a space for animation film production and promotion.
He will be present at The Netflix Animation Showcase Screening Event on Wednesday 15th June to present his latest animation film Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio.
