Joann Sfar

Originally a comic book author, Joann Sfar made a name for himself with works such as Dungeon (1998-2009) and The Rabbi’s Cat (2002-today).

The cartoonist and comic book author, quickly dubbed "scholar" by his public, is also a writer and director. A regular in the Annecy Festival Official Selection, it is Joann Sfar who brought us Little Vampire in the Official competition in 2020.
