The cats' secret of the 7 lives is about to be revealed by Carlos the Siamese to the muskrat, Rator, the cats' fiercest enemy. To stop this disaster, the Superior Cats Council sends for the ghost-cat, Igor. For this mission, Igor needs special help from a little girl, Sara.
