A sad little boy named Champion was adopted and raised by his grandmother, Madame Souza. Once she discovered his passion for cycling, she bought him a bike and did all she could to help him train.
Years later, Champion has become quite the peddler and is a sprinter in the Tour de France, but during the race, he gets kidnapped by two mysterious men. In their pursuit to find him, Madame Souza and her dog Bruno cross the Atlantic and end up in the middle of a megalopolis called Belleville…
