Who isn’t familiar with these funny characters, plump round birds with very long legs, who speak with funny sounds “Ga, Bu, Zo, Meu”? Created by Jacques Rouxel and narrated by Claude Piéplu, the series Les Shadoks, greet you in grand style at the Château d’Annecy.
The exhibition, ShadokOrama will let you discover or re-discover this televisual phenomenon that had a lasting impact on at least two generations. Essentially the exhibition is based on archives from the aaa Production Studio, enriched with documents from the National Audiovisual Institute (Ina) and the collection of the Musées d’Annecy, the exhibition retells the Shadoks saga.
This is a heartwarming homage to their creator that plunges the visitor into the atmosphere of the swinging sixties. To celebrate this retrospective, a collector book-DVD will be produced from the collection Les animés by L’Œil Editions publishers.
A signing session will be organized when the book is launched. More info to come.
A must see Jubilee!
